Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 15, 2025
At Cloud Hashed, we provide managed WordPress services, website performance optimization, security monitoring, cloud infrastructure setup, and related technical services. These services often involve upfront provisioning, configuration, and allocation of resources.
Cancellation
- You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will stop future billing. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For custom infrastructure plans, dedicated resource allocations, or enterprise service agreements, a minimum 30-day cancellation notice may be required due to upstream provider commitments.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and infrastructure-related costs, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been provisioned, configured, or used.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- If Cloud Hashed is unable to deliver the purchased service due to a technical or operational issue from our end.
- If payment is successfully captured but the service is not activated within a reasonable timeframe.
- If a duplicate payment is made for the same invoice/order.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider and banking timelines).
Non-Refundable Cases
- Renewal payments for active services already delivered.
- Partial usage of monthly or yearly service plans.
- Fees related to third-party services, licenses, or infrastructure usage once activated or consumed.
- Service suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (abuse, spam, phishing, illegal activity, etc.).
